What if you could develop yourself or your team to be more adaptable? Growing the ability to spot the changing context and shift mindset and behaviours to capitalise on potential opportunities?

Why do we need adaptability?
Adaptability is a mindset that can be developed.
Within the context of business individuals who have a strong ability to adapt can transform their approach to relationships, performance, mental health, transitions and leadership. The benefits of which far exceed the individual, they have an intrinsic effect on teams, the business, clients and profitability.
Quite simply put, without adaptability, we keep doing the same, and while that may work for a while we all know (certainly after a years like 2020/21) that it won’t work forever.
How do we develop adaptability?
Adaptability is not a fixed trait and can be grown with practice. It starts with self-awareness, in understanding one’s self comes the ability to recognise and develop the limitations of existing approaches and reactions. The Friday at Five team uses a number of tools to facilitate self-awareness in a safe and friendly environment that encourages our participants to practice through a number of scenarios. We then use a framework that supports movement which allows our participants to get the best out of themselves and then eventually others.
What is the result?
Adaptability is a lifelong skill that helps us respond to change. Change is here to stay, the word ‘normal’ no longer has a fixed meaning therefore adaptability is critical in the pursuit of high performance.
We provide game-changing performance insight that stimulates the right conversations and creates the perfect environment for change. We have a number of approaches that help individuals and teams grow adaptability, helping them meet the demands of a changing world.
