My coaching sessions with Anita were brilliant; she approached the sessions differently depending on what had been achieved in the previous sessions. Each one felt like a stepping stone, not a marathon sprint. I highly recommend coaching sessions from Friday at Five for employees of all levels. My coaching sessions with Anita from Friday at Five were extremely productive and helpful. Working alongside Anita, I identified goals that I could work towards with smaller nudges within each goal, making it feel more achievable and less overwhelming. I'm proud that I can now more effectively manage my time and diary to prioritise my workload better. This enables me to support my team better and work towards a larger long-term.
I found both sessions extremely valuable in terms of my characteristics and those of others. Being able to understand these characteristics will certainly help within my management role in understanding the internal team as well as the client-side and how best to support and structure meetings.
